Subscription Agreement

Middle TN Rentals shall, for up to 6 months, provide client with rental information matching the above criteria on a daily basis, by request, by fax, e-mail or in person at our offices during the above described business hours.

Middle TN Rentals cannot guarantee that listings provided to you will be vacant or available at the time that you consult them. Middle TN Rentals will, however, attempt to verify the availability of listed rentals on a timely basis to ensure reasonable accuracy.

Client is reminded that not all landlords may be available to be contacted every day.

	Middle TN Rentals is not responsible for any losses of any nature whatsoever.
	Middle TN Rentals will use sources deemed reliable to obtain rental information for clients’ inspection. Middle TN Rentals is not, however, responsible for any misinformation supplied by such sources.
	Middle TN Rentals makes no warranties expressed or implied other than stated herein.
	This contract is for the sole purpose of locating suitable housing. Any other use of this information is prohibited.

NOTICE: THIS IS AN INFORMATION SERVICE ONLY. NO ATTEMPT IS MADE TO SECURE HOUSING FOR YOU. THIS SERVICE OFFERS ONLY COMPILED INFORMATION CONCERNING AVAILABLE RENTAL HOUSING UNITS.

You are entitled to a refund of all but $10.00 if after a bonafide effort you fail to find a rental through our services. To qualify you must make contact either in person or by telephone with Middle Tennessee Rentals at least once each day for at least 10 days, and attempt to contact each landlord whose telephone number is given to you as soon as possible. If you find a rental other than through Middle Tennessee Rentals prior to the expiration of 10 days you will also receive the refund. To obtain your refund write to Middle Tennessee Rentals stating the amount owed and the address to which is to be sent. Letters should be mailed or delivered to Middle Tennessee Rentals, PO Box 60836, Nashville, TN 37206. Your refund will be mailed within 10 days of receipt.

In order to receive a refund, the following MUST be included with the refund request: Account Number, Date Registered, Amount Paid, Landlord’s Name, Landlord’s Phone Number, Reason for Request, Copy of Lease Agreement at New Residence. Your refund request must be postmarked no later than the 14^th day of service.
